Working draft, not yet in force
Version 0.1-draft. This text is being reviewed by a Ugandan lawyer. Parts marked [PLACEHOLDER] will be completed before launch. Each consent you give records the version you saw.
What we do
- We find verified scholarships, prepare applications with you, submit them with your approval, and track them.
- We sell service and effort. We never promise or imply that a scholarship will be awarded.
Your part
- You tell us the truth and give us only documents that are genuine and unaltered.
- You are the author of your application. We coach, edit and organise; we do not invent your story.
- You approve the final application before we submit it.
Our right to refuse
- We will not work with documents we believe are false or altered, and we will tell you if we stop.
- We may decline a scholarship that is a poor fit or whose rules do not allow assisted applications.
Deadlines
- We aim to submit at least 3 to 5 days before the official deadline and work to our own earlier date.
- If we miss a deadline because of our error, you receive a full refund (see the Refund Policy).
Disagreements
- Tell us first through the contact page. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve or explain within 7 days.
- [PLACEHOLDER] Governing law and dispute process to be confirmed by a lawyer.
