How it works
From first message to submission, here is what happens and who does it. Time targets are what we aim for, not promises.
The ten steps
- 1. We get to know your situation (not started)Your officer reviews your profile and goals. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
- 2. We check eligibility and the rules (not started)Do you qualify? Does the scholarship allow assisted applications? Is the deadline realistic? You get an honest view of how competitive it is.
- 3. You see the price and pay (not started)The exact price in UGX, the refund promise and any part-payment option are shown before you pay.
- 4. You upload your documents (not started)Securely in the app, not over WhatsApp. We aim to check them within 2 working days.
- 5. We prepare your application (not started)CV, forms and essay coaching using your own input. We aim to have a draft ready within 5 working days.
- 6. You review and approve (not started)You read the final version and approve it, or ask for changes. We keep a record of your approval.
- 7. A second person checks it (not started)A reviewer checks everything against the official requirements before we submit.
- 8. We submit, early (not started)At least 3 days before the deadline. We save the confirmation and send it to you.
- 9. We track the result (not started)Interview invitations, requests for more documents and results are recorded for you.
- 10. We close and ask for feedback (not started)Only with your permission do we share any outcome.
Four rules we follow
- No guarantees. We never promise or imply that a scholarship will be awarded.
- You are the author. We coach, edit, organise and submit with your approval. We do not invent your story.
- Verified only. Nothing is listed until we have checked the provider’s own page and recorded the date.
- Deadline buffer. We submit at least 3 to 5 days before the official deadline.
