What we collect
- Your name, date of birth, phone number, education details, and the documents you upload, such as IDs and transcripts.
- Only what we need to find scholarships and prepare your applications.
Why and who sees it
- We use it to prepare and submit your applications and to contact you about them.
- Only you and your assigned team (officer and reviewer) can see your documents. Every view is recorded.
- We share information with a scholarship provider only when you have approved the application we send.
Keeping it safe
- Documents are stored in private, encrypted storage and opened only through short-lived secure links.
- We will tell you and the regulator if there is a breach, as the law requires.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
