Refund Policy
When you get your money back, and how.
Working draft, not yet in force
Version 0.1-draft. This text is being reviewed by a Ugandan lawyer. Parts marked [PLACEHOLDER] will be completed before launch. Each consent you give records the version you saw.
The promise
- Full refund if we miss the deadline because of our mistake.
- Full refund if work on your application has not started.
Once work has started
- You may receive a partial refund based on the stages we have completed. [PLACEHOLDER] The percentage for each stage is set with our lawyer and shown here before launch.
- Stages: documents checked, application in preparation, your approval, reviewer check, submission.
What is not refunded
- No refund solely because a scholarship was not awarded. We cannot control that decision.
How a refund is paid
- To the same payment method where possible. A manager reviews every request and records the reason, and we tell you how long it will take.
- Official application fees you paid directly to a scholarship are not ours to refund.
